🔥 1. Korean BBQ (Galbi Style)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Marinate ribs for 4–24 hours.

  2. Grill on high, 2–3 minutes per side.

  3. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

  4. Serve with rice and kimchi for a flavor-packed meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

Instructions:

  1. (Optional) Sear ribs for extra flavor.

  2. Place everything in slow cooker.

  3. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hrs or HIGH for 3–4 hrs.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Marinate ribs 2+ hours.

  2. Bake at 325°F, covered, for 2.5–3 hours.

  3. Uncover, glaze with sauce, and broil for 3–5 min until caramelized.
